If you’re an adult who wants to have a fun and sober night out, the RAVE Halloween Party at Cafe Rhema will have everything you need for your spooky night!

The event is happening on October 28 at Cafe Rhema, from 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. It’s a RAVE! A 1920’s RAVE! But this isn’t a normal rave. First off, there will be no alcohol served. Only the best coffee in Flint. I love their Lavender Latte, but it’s really more pumpkin spice season, right? Lucky for you, they have a full line of fall-themed favorites.

There will also be a costume contest! The only stipulation is that you “keep it clean, please.” They will also have games and samples throughout the night. But the best part? The RAVE Halloween party ends with a rave from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m., so you can still get the festive dancing in. You get in free with one purchase at the Café!

RAVE Halloween Party

This isn’t for the costume contest! Nope, the baristas, decor, and theme of the coffee shop is all Roarin’ 20’s.

Cafe Rhema is everybody’s favorite third-wave coffee establishment. The menu generally offers traditional coffee drinks such as espressos, macchiatos, americanos, and lattes. They also serve bubble tea, Italian soda (soda water with flavor), French soda (soda water with flavor and cream), smoothies, and house-made chai.

They offer gourmet waffles, flatbreads, and sandwiches: in case you need something to soak up the “Swift Kick to the Head” (a drink consisting of six shots of espresso). I like their grilled cheese on a croissant, but everything is good. The Great Gatsby-style ambiance just makes it that much better.
